Fee Rules

School fees covers twelve months and may be paid in quarterly installments.
If availing conveyance facility, payment will be for 12 months.
Fees are to be paid in advance before 10th of each month.
Pupil whose fees are long overdue may be barred from sitting for examination.
Fees will be received only during office hours from 8 a.m. to 12 Noon from 1st to 10th of every Quarter (The April, July, Oct & Jan).
After 10th, Rs. 50 will be charged per week from the guardian as fine.

Absence & Withdrawal

A leave application must be submitted to the class teacher in case the child is absent.
Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than a fortnight in midterm or a week after vacation will render the student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls without intimation. Readmission may be granted at the discretion of the Principal subject to vacancy and full admission amount will be charged at the time of readmission.
On a student returning to school after suffering from infections or contagious disease, a doctor’s certificate should be produced permitting him/her to attend school. This is in the interest of all children.
Parents along with the child will be called to the school for an informer interaction with principal on the date given by the office. No admission test or interview of the child is required for admission to Play Group.
Parents may withdraw the name of their ward from the school on giving one month’s notice. Fee for the full term must be paid in case of withdrawal in the middle of a term. No claim for refund of fee deposited will be entertained under any circumstance.
